SPENCER/PAZIN BUY LAND FROM MAN IN JAIL

THE CORRUPTION IN MERCED COUNTY GETS EXPOSED AGAIN IN THE SUN STAR, THIS TIME THE NAME OF ANOTHER ELECTED OFFICIAL IS DRUG INTO THE DIRT. "SHERIFF MARK PAZIN". CLICK THE LINK BELOW FOR THE WHOLE STORY.

http://www.mercedsunstar.com/local/story/12425122p-13147572c.html

DOES ANYONE BELIEVE PAZIN DIDN’T KNOW WHO HE WAS BUYING THE LAND FROM TILL THE END. DID YOU KNOW RICHARD BYRD WORKED FOR THE SHERIFF?? BYRDS SECURITY COMPANY HAD A CONTRACT WITH THE SHERIFFS DEPARTMENT TO GUARD INMATES FROM THE JAIL FACILITIES WHEN THEY WERE IN THE HOSPITAL OR IN THE MARIE GREEN MENTAL FACILITY.

AFTER BYRD WAS BOOKED, I REMEMBER THINKING THAT WHEN HE WENT TO COURT HE WOULD GET RELEASED ON HIS OWN RECOGNIZANCE. AFTER ALL HE HAD NO CRIMINAL RECORD, HE HAD BEEN CHIEF OF POLICE FOR THE COLLEGE, HAS A SECURITY BUSINESS AND HAD BEEN DEPRESSED OVER HIS WIVES DEATH. HE WAS A VERY GOOD CANDIDATE TO BE RELEASED ON HIS OWN RECOGNIZANCE.

I ALSO FIND IT VERY DISTURBING THE COMMENTS STUPIDVISOR KELSEY MADE CONCERNING WHAT SHE KNEW AND JUST WANTED TO WALK AWAY FROM THE WHOLE MESS. HERE IS A SUGGESTION, MAYBE YOU ASK FOR AN INVESTIGATION BUT THAT WOULD BE RATTING ON TWO OTHER ELECTED OFFICIALS WHO MIGHT KNOW SOMETHING ABOUT YOU, THAT YOU RATHER SEE STAY IN THE CLOSET.

THANK YOU CHRIS COLLINS OF THE SUN STAR AND THANKS TO THE SUN STAR AT HAVING ENOUGH BALLS TO KEEP EXPOSING THE WRONG DOINGS OF THOSE IN POWER IN MERCED COUNTY.

It def was a good story and the players remain the same. The sheriff's dept also has problems with grant money and not using it for its intended purposes. For instance money was given for training in homeland security, but instead went to the SWAT team, now the Dept is sending everyone to a 4 hour class to make up for that boo-boo. And there is the issue of ordering protective shields with grant money and then returning them for credit which was then used to buy munitions. The only problem with that is that munitions were prohibited from being bought with that grant. Maybe Pazin went to the Spencer school of creative grant spending... Tell Collins to keep up the good work..
